Add the ability to have a saved phrase or email address to a hotkey

It would be handy to have a hotkey that you could assign to a phrase you use often or I often have to type my email address, which is very long.

I downloaded Perfect Hotkey 1.1 assuming that it would enable me to input text into a word processor. I hope that feature will be added as a priority.
